It’s been a struggle.
We’ve finally changes internet service providers and got a brand, spanking new e-mail address:
Please do not use our older e-mail address ([email protected] or the one that Telus changed us to without any notice [email protected]).
In the pastcouple weeks, we’ve had our account erased and reset by Telus even after phoning and making sure our account would stay active after switching. So if you’ve sent me an e-mail and I haven’t responded, please try again using the new e-mail address.
Thanks again for your patience and understanding and thanks to all who were able to help with this change.
Keep in mind this is just the first step for us in updating the tech side of our business. Please watch for more changes coming soon.
